Pengalaman beliau disektor properti diperoleh dengan menjabat sebagai Vice Director di PT. Graha Buana Cikarang yang merupakan anak usaha dari PT. Jababeka Tbk. Mr. Pascall Wilson serves as the Industrial Division Managing Director at
PT. Modern Industrial Estat, a subsidiary of PT. Modernland Realty Tbk.
("the Company").
Armed with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from
California State University, Fullerton, USA (1999-2000), he possesses
diverse knowledge and experience with over 20 years of experience in the
chemical industry, construction, telecommunications, as well as the food
& beverage industry and property & real estate sector, particularly in the
development and management of integrated industrial and business
areas.
He joined the Company in 2016 as the Operation Director and assumed
the role of Industrial Division Managing Director at PT. Modern Industrial
Estat, one of the Company's subsidiaries operating in the industrial zone,
in 2017. Prior to joining the Company, he had work experience in several
companies such as PT. Catur Panins Aditama, PT. Pilar Selaras, and PT. Net
Multimedia, in fields including the chemical industry, construction, and
telecommunications. He then ventured into the food & beverage
industry, particularly in sugar processing, at PT. Angels Products - Sugar
Refinery, which is part of the Artha Graha Group. He gained experience in
the property sector by serving as Vice Director at PT. Graha Buana
Cikarang, a subsidiary of PT. Jababeka Tbk.
With a solid experience of over 20 years, he possesses diverse and solid
expertise, particularly in the property and integrated industrial area
