Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material - Perseroan telah melakukan pembayaran pelunasan atas
pokok Sukuk Ijarah Berkelanjutan I Moratelindo Tahap II
Tahun 2020 Seri A sebesar Rp 191.000.000.000 (seratus
sembilan puluh satu miliar rupiah) dan Cicilan Imbalan ke-12
(dua belas) Sukuk Ijarah Berkelanjutan I Moratelindo Tahap II
Tahun 2020 Seri A-B dengan total sebesar Rp 7.432.500.000
(tujuh miliar empat ratus tiga puluh dua juta lima ratus ribu
rupiah) yang jatuh tempo pada tanggal 11 Agustus 2023.
- Pelunasan Pembayaran Pokok Sukuk Ijarah Berkelanjutan I
Moratelindo Tahap II Tahun 2020 Seri A dan Pembayaran ke-
12 (dua belas) Cicilan Imbalan Sukuk Ijarah Berkelanjutan I
Moratelindo Tahap II Tahun 2020 Seri A-B dilakukan dengan
metode transfer melalui rekening Perseroan pada PT Bank
Syariah Indonesia Tbk ke rekening PT Kustodian Sentral Efek
Indonesia (KSEI) pada tanggal 9 Agustus 2023, dimana
salinan bukti atas pelunasan pembayaran tersebut kami
lampirkan bersamaan dengan surat ini.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Dengan telah dilunasinya seluruh pokok dan bunga ke-12 (dua
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan belas) Sukuk Ijarah Berkelanjutan I Moratelindo Tahap II
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, Tahun 2020 Seri A, maka seluruh kewajiban Perseroan terkait
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Sukuk Ijarah Berkelanjutan I Moratelindo Tahap II Tahun 2020
Perusahaan Publik Seri A telah terlaksana.

Facts Shelf Registration Ijarah Sukuk I Phase II Year 2020 Series A
IDR191,000,000,000 (one hundred ninety-one billion rupiah)
and the 12th (twelfth) Interest Rates Payment of Moratelindo
Shelf Registration Ijarah Sukuk I Phase II Year 2020 Series A-
B with total amount of IDR7,432,500,000 (seven billion four
hundred thirty two million five hundred thousand rupiah) which
mature on August 11, 2023.
- Repayment of the Principal of Moratelindo Shelf Registration
Ijarah Sukuk Phase II Year 2020 Series A and 12th (twelfth)
Interest Rates Payment of Moratelindo Shelf Registration
Ijarah Sukuk I Phase II Year 2020 Series A-B are made by the
transfer method through the Company's account at PT Bank
Syariah Indonesia, Tbk to the account of PT Kustodian Sentral
Efek Indonesia (KSEI) on August 9, 2023 where we attach a
copy of the proof of repayment of this payment with this letter.
