Settlement for 12" (twelfth) Interest Rates Payment of Moratelindo Shelf Registration Ijarah Sukuk I Phase II Year 2020 Series A-B 2020 and Repayment of the Principal of Moratelindo Shelf Registration Ijarah Sukuk | Phase II Year 2020 Series A. 3 | Uraian Informasi Information Description — Perseroan telah melakukan pembayaran pelunasan atas pokok Sukuk Ijarah Berkelanjutan I Moratelindo Tahap Il Tahun 2020 Seri A sebesar Rp 191.000.000.000 (seratus sembilan puluh satu miliar rupiah) dan Cicilan Imbalan ke-12 (dua belas) Sukuk Ijarah Berkelanjutan | Moratelindo Tahap II Tahun 2020 Seri A-B dengan total sebesar Rp 7.432.500.000 (tujuh miliar empat ratus tiga puluh dua juta lima ratus ribu rupiah) yang jatuh tempo pada tanggal 11 Agustus 2023. The Company has Repayment of the Principal of Moratelindo Shelf Registration Ijarah Sukuk I Phase II Year 2020 Series A IDR191,000,000,000 (one hundred ninety-one billion rupiah) and the 12” (twelfth) Interest Rates Payment of Moratelindo Shelf Registration Ijarah Sukuk I Phase II Year 2020 Series A-B with total amount of IDR7,432,500,000 (seven billion four hundred thirty two million five hundred thousand rupiah) which mature on August 11, 2023. — Pelunasan Pembayaran Pokok Sukuk Ijarah Berkelanjutan I Moratelindo Tahap II Tahun 2020 Seri A dan Pembayaran ke-12 (dua belas) Cicilan Imbalan Sukuk Ijarah Berkelanjutan | Moratelindo Tahap II Tahun 2020 Seri A-B dilakukan dengan metode transfer melalui rekening Perseroan pada PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk ke rekening PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (“KSEI”) pada tanggal 9 Agustus 2023, dimana salinan bukti atas pelunasan pembayaran tersebut kami lampirkan bersamaan dengan surat ini.
