authorize the Board of Commissioners

will audit the Financial Statements for
the year 2023.
2. Recommendations from the Audit
Committee for the Appointment of a
Public Accountant and Public
Accountant Firm on May 8, 2023,
hereby the Board of Commissioners decides
to appoint:
