entitas anak, yaitu:
1. PT Prima Mineral Investindo
2. PT Green Natural Investama
3. PT Kreasi Jasa Persada
Perseroan memiliki kepemilikan saham pada masing-masing
entitas anak tersebut sebanyak 4.999 (empat ribu sembilan
ratus sembilan puluh sembilan) saham atau sebesar 99,98%
(sembilan puluh sembilan koma sembilan puluh delapan
persen) dengan nilai nominal sebesar Rp 4.999.000.000,-
(empat miliar sembilan ratus sembilan puluh sembilan juta
rupiah).
