Dengan ini saya menyatakan mengundurkan diri dari jabatan saya sebagai Komisaris (Independen
Komisaris) dan Ketua Komite Nominasi dan Remunerasi di PT Wicaksana Overseas International,
Tbk (”WICO”) efektif sejak tanggal 3 Agustus 2023.
Hereby I submit my resignation from my position as Board of Commissioner (Independent
Commissioner) and Chairman of Nomination and Remuneration Committee of PT Wicaksana
Overseas International, Tbk (”WICO”) effective 3 August 2023.
Saya mengucapkan terima kasih atas segala kerjasamanya selama ini kepada seluruh Dewan
Komisaris dan Direksi, Pemegang Saham serta seluruh pegawai WICO.
I would like to say thank you for all the cooperation to Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors,
Shareholders, and employees of WICO.
Saya berharap yang terbaik untuk WICO di masa depan, dan mohon maaf atas ketidaknyamanan yang
mungkin ditimbulkan oleh pengunduran diri saya.
I wish WICO the best for the future and regret any inconvenience my resignation may cause.
