Pembatalan Dana Penyertaan Modal Negara Tahun Anggaran
2022 PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk, dengan ini Perseroan
menyampaikan hal-hal sebagai berikut:
Berdasarkan Surat Menteri Koordinator Bidang Perekonomian
Republik Indonesia selaku Ketua Komite Privatisasi Nomor
EK.5/126A/M.EKON/05/2023 tanggal 10 Mei 2023 perihal
Tindak Lanjut Dana PMN Untuk PT Waskita Karya (Persero)
Tbk, disampaikan bahwa:
1. Komite Privatisasi melalui surat tersebut di atas telah
menyetujui dan memutuskan untuk mengembalikan dana PMN
TA 2022 sebesar Rp3 triliun kepada Perseroan ke Rekening
Kas Umum Negara dan proses
Rights Issue/Privatisasi Perseroan tidak dilanjutkan.
2. Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut, Perseroan akan menyiapkan
langkah-langkah strategis untuk penyelesaian 2 (dua) ruas tol
yang menjadi tujuan penggunaan PMN TA 2022 Waskita yaitu
ruas tol Kayu Agung - Palembang - Betung dan ruas tol Ciawi -
Sukabumi.

Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Atas Pembatalan Dana PMN TA 2022 berdampak terhadap
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan Rencana Kerja Anggaran Perseroan (RKAP) namun,
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, Perseroan akan terus berkomitmen untuk memperbaiki kinerja
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau keuangan serta berkoordinasi dengan para stakeholder dalam
Perusahaan Publik mencari sumber pendanaan alternatif penyelesaian proyek
sehingga target-target
kinerja yang ditentukan dapat tercapai.

Revocation of State Equity Participation Funds for the 2022

Description of Material Information or Referring to the Company's Letter Number 1916/WK/DIR/2022
Facts dated December 30, 2022, regarding the Disclosure of
Material Information or Facts related to the Postponement of
the Pre-Emptive Rights (HMETD) Through the Limited Public
Addition III Mechanism (PUT III) and Letter of the Minister of
State-Owned Enterprises Number S-410/MBU/08/2023 dated
August 2, 2023, regarding the Revocation of PT Waskita Karya
(Persero) Tbk's State Capital Participation Fund for the 2022
Fiscal Year, the Company conveys the following:
Based on the Letter of Coordinating Minister for Economic
Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia as Chair of the
Privatization Committee Number EK.5/126A/M.EKON/05/2023,
dated May 10, 2023, concerning Follow-Up PMN Funds for PT
Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk, it is stated that:
1. The Privatization Committee, through the letter mentioned,
has agreed and decided to revoke PMN funds for the 2022
Fiscal Year of IDR 3 trillion to the Company - to the State
General Treasury Account and did not continue the Company's
Rights Issue/Privatization.
2. In this regard, the Company will prepare strategic actions for
the completion of 2 (two) toll roads which are the purpose of
using Waskita 2022 PMN Funds, namely the Kayu Agung -
Palembang - Betung toll road and the Ciawi - Sukabumi toll
road.
Impact of event, material information or The Revocation of 2022 PMN Funds impacts the Company's
facts towards Issuers or Public Budget Plan (RKAP). However, the Company will continue
Company’s operational activities, legal, improving financial performance and coordinating with
financial condition, or going concern stakeholders to find alternative funding sources for project
completion so that the Company can achieve targets.
