Jumlah Saham Setelah Transaksi 20.981.678.973 Persentase Saham Sesudah Transaksi 1,77% Status Kepemilikan Saham Langsung Informasi Lain Tidak terdapat penjualan maupun pembelian saham dikarenakan proses yang dilakukan hanyalah perpindahan sejumlah saham dari satu rekening penyimpanan efek ke rekening penyimpanan efek lainnya tanpa menyebabkan perubahan kepemilikan efektif melalui rekening atas nama Bank of Singapore Limited. Dalam proses tersebut telah dipindahkan sejumlah 132.220.000 Saham Seri A atau sebesar 0,01% dari modal disetor PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk. Dengan demikian, setelah proses ini dilakukan jumlah saham seri A dan seri B yang secara langsung dan tidak langsung yang dimiliki adalah tetap sebesar 20.981.678.973 Saham seri A dan seri B atau setara dengan 1,77% yang terdiri dari: Langsung, sejumlah 20.849.458.973 saham seri A dan seri B; dan Tidak langsung, sejumlah 132.220.000 saham seri A.
