Dalam proses tersebut telah — dipindahkan sejumlah 132.220.000 Saham Seri A atau sebesar 0,0176 dari modal disetor PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk. Dengan demikian, setelah proses ini dilakukan jumlah saham seri A dan seri B yang secara langsung dan tidak langsung yang Saya miliki adalah tetap sebesar 20.981.678.973 Saham seri A dan seri B atau setara dengan 1,77Yo. Through such a process, I have moved 132,220,000 Series A Shares representing 0.014 of the paid-up capital in PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk. After such a movement, my direct and indirect ownership of the series A and series B shares is not changed which is amounting to 20,981,678,973 shares or eguivalent to 17746.
