Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Jakarta, 3 Agustus 2023 - PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa) berhasil
mempertahankan sertifikasi ISO 37001 - Sistem Manajemen
Anti Penyuapan (SMAP). Elnusa Pertama kali tersertifikasi ISO
37001 Sistem Manajemen Anti Penyuapan pada tahun 2020.
Re-Sertifikasi ISO 37001 kali ini dilakukan dengan tujuan
meningkatkan implementasi SMAP di lingkungan bisnis
Perusahaan. Adapun rangkaian audit SMAP telah dilakukan
selama 2 hari yang berlangsung pada 1 & 2 Agustus 2023. PT
SGS Indonesia yang bertindak sebagai auditor menyampaikan
hasil audit yang telah dilakukan. Dari hasil audit tersebut tidak
ditemukan catatan ketidaksesuaian baik Major maupun Minor,
namun ada beberapa opportunity for improvement (OFI) yang
dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan sistem manajemen anti
penyuapan di Elnusa agar lebih baik lagi.
Implementasi SMAP yang berlandaskan standar ISO
37001:2016 menjadi langkah progresif bagi Elnusa dalam
menerapkan dan terus memperbaiki program kepatuhan
SMAP. Hal ini akan menunjang Perusahaan untuk
mengimplementasikan strategi awal dalam mencegah,
mendeteksi, serta mengatasi tindakan penyuapan yang
mungkin terjadi. Dengan selesainya Re-Sertifikasi ISO 37001
ini tentunya menjadi komitmen manajemen Perusahaan untuk
tetap melaksanakan pengendalian sistem manajemen anti
penyuapan di Elnusa yang diimplementasikan ke seluruh
proses bisnis Perusahaan.
Direktur Utama Elnusa John Hisar Simamora dalam
kesempatan penutupan re-sertifikasi tersebut menyampaikan
bahwa pada prinsipnya, penerapan, pemeliharaan, dan
peningkatan program anti penyuapan, telah menjadi komitmen
perusahaan. 'Komitmen ditunjukkan dengan penyelenggaraan
whistleblowing system secara represif dengan menindaklanjuti
laporan penyuapan serta dengan membentuk suatu lembaga
yang secara khusus diadakan, untuk memastikan kepatuhan
anti penyuapan, yaitu Fungsi Kepatuhan Anti Penyuapan,
Etika, dan GCG, atau yang disebut Tim FUKAPEG,' tutur
John.
John menambahkan 'Sebagai perwira Elnusa, kita harus
mempunyai budaya anti penyuapan yang kuat dan mampu
mengimplementasikannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Mari
kita terapkan 'Zero Tolerance, Zero Bribery', dalam upaya
pencegahan anti penyuapan,' tutup John.

Description of Material Information or Jakarta, 3 August 2023 - PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa) has
Facts successfully defended its ISO 37001 certification - Anti-Bribery
Management System (SMAP). Elnusa was certified for the first
time with ISO 37001 Anti-Bribery Management System in
2020. This ISO 37001 re-certification was carried out with the
aim of increasing the implementation of SMAP in the
Company's business environment. The SMAP audit series
were carried out for 2 days which took place on 1 & 2 August
2023. PT SGS Indonesia, which acted as the auditor,
conveyed the results of the audits that had been carried out.
From the results of the audit, no records of major or minor
discrepancies were found, but there were several opportunities
for improvement (OFI) that could be carried out to improve the
anti-bribery management system at Elnusa to make it even
better.
The implementation of SMAP based on the ISO 37001: 2016
standard is a progressive step for Elnusa in implementing and
continuing to improve the SMAP compliance program. This will
support the Company to implement its initial strategy in
preventing, detecting and overcoming bribery that may occur.
With the completion of the ISO 37001 Re-Certification, of
course it is a commitment by the Company's management to
continue implementing control of the anti-bribery management
system at Elnusa which is implemented in all of the Company's
business processes.
The President Director of Elnusa, John Hisar Simamora, on
the occasion of closing the re-certification, said that in
principle, the implementation, maintenance and improvement
of the anti-bribery program has become the company's
commitment. 'Commitment is shown by implementing a
repressive whistleblowing system by following up on reports of
bribery and by establishing an institution specifically
established to ensure anti-bribery compliance, namely the Anti-
Bribery, Ethics and GCG Compliance Function, or what is
called the FUKAPEG Team,' said John.
John added 'As Elnusa officers, we must have a strong anti-
bribery culture and be able to implement it in our daily lives.
Let's apply 'Zero Tolerance, Zero Bribery', in an anti-bribery
prevention effort,' concluded John.
