   Elnusa Maintains ISO 37001 Certification - Anti-Bribery
                   Management System

Jakarta, 3 August 2023 - PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa) has successfully defended its ISO 37001 certification - Anti-
Bribery Management System (SMAP). Elnusa was certified for the first time with ISO 37001 Anti-Bribery
Management System in 2020. This ISO 37001 re-certification was carried out with the aim of increasing the
implementation of SMAP in the Company's business environment. The SMAP audit series were carried out
for 2 days which took place on 1 & 2 August 2023. PT SGS Indonesia, which acted as the auditor, conveyed
the results of the audits that had been carried out. From the results of the audit, no records of major or
minor discrepancies were found, but there were several opportunities for improvement (OFI) that could be
carried out to improve the anti-bribery management system at Elnusa to make it even better.

The implementation of SMAP based on the ISO 37001: 2016 standard is a progressive step for Elnusa in
implementing and continuing to improve the SMAP compliance program. This will support the Company to
implement its initial strategy in preventing, detecting and overcoming bribery that may occur. With the
completion of the ISO 37001 Re-Certification, of course it is a commitment by the Company's management
to continue implementing control of the anti-bribery management system at Elnusa which is implemented
in all of the Company's business processes.

The President Director of Elnusa, John Hisar Simamora, on the occasion of closing the re-certification, said
that in principle, the implementation, maintenance and improvement of the anti-bribery program has
become the company's commitment. "Commitment is shown by implementing a repressive whistleblowing
system by following up on reports of bribery and by establishing an institution specifically established to
ensure anti-bribery compliance, namely the Anti-Bribery, Ethics and GCG Compliance Function, or what is
called the FUKAPEG Team," said John.

John added “As Elnusa officers, we must have a strong anti-bribery culture and be able to implement it in
our daily lives. Let's apply "Zero Tolerance, Zero Bribery", in an anti-bribery prevention effort," concluded
John.
