3. Uraian informasi atau fakta Sifat Hubunga Afiliasi:
material/ Pada tanggal 31 Juli 2023, PT Parvi Indah Persada (PIP)

Nilai Transaksi:
Nilai transaksi ini sebesar Rp 418.000.000.
Modal Disetor Perseroan sebesar Rp 281.394.198.500
sehingga nilai transaksi tersebut hanya 0,15% dari modal
disetor Perseroan.
Berdasarkan nilai transaksi sebagaimana disebutkan di atas
tidak melebihi 0,5% dari modal disetor Perseroan atau
tidak melebihi Rp 5.000.000.000,00, maka merujuk pada
ketentuan Pasal 6 butir 1 huruf c POJK No. 42/2020,
transaksi tersebut hanya wajib dilaporkan kepada OJK
paling lambat akhir hari kerja ke-2 setelah tanggal
transaksi.
Nature of Affiliate Relationships:
On July 31, 2023, PT Parvi Indah Persada (PIP) is a
controlled subsidiary that is 99.99% owned and
consolidated by the Company, has sold all of its shares in
PT Indoport Terminal and Operator to PT Episenta Utama
Investasi which is a Controlling entity of the Company.
Transaction Value:
The transaction value of Rp 418,000,000.
The Company's paid-up capital is Rp 281,394,198,500 so
that the transaction value is only 0.15% of the Company's
paid-up capital.
Based on transaction value as mentioned above does not
exceed 0.5% of the Company's paid-up capital or does not
exceed the amount of Rp 5,000,000,000., then refer to the
provisions of Article 6 point 1 letter c POJK No. 42/2020,
the transaction must be reported to OJK no later than the
end of the 2nd working day after the date of transaction.
