Mengacu kepada Kebijakan Sementara Penyampaian Laporan Keuangan Tengah Tahunan Tahun 2023 yang Berbasis
XBRL, yaitu yang dikeluarkan oleh Direktorat Penilaian Perusahaan PT Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tanggal 31 Juli 2023,
bersama ini kami sampaikan hal-hal berikut ini: 1. Surat Pernyataan Direksi tentang Tanggung Jawab atas Laporan
Keuangan Tengah Tahunan 2023 yang sudah termasuk di dalam Laporan Keuangan Tengah Tahunan 2023; 2.
Perseroan akan mengumumkan kembali Laporan Keuangan Tengah Tahunan 2023 dengan menggunakan sistem
pelaporan keuangan berbasis XBRL sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku; 3. Kami lampirkan juga dokumen-dokumen
pendukung Laporan Keuangan Tengah Tahunan 2023: (a) Surat Perseroan, yang menyampaikan informasi mengenai
perubahan jumlah Total Liabilitas dan/atau Total Aset dalam Laporan Keuangan Tengah Tahunan 2023 yang
dibandingkan dengan Laporan Keuangan Konsolidasian Tahunan Perseroan dan Entitas Anak untuk tahun berakhir 31
Desember 2022; dan (b) Checklist Pengungkapan Laporan Keuangan Tengah Tahunan 2023.

Referring to the Temporary Policy on the Submission of the 2023 Midyear Financial Statement with XBRL Basis,
issued by Direktorat Penilaian Perusahaan PT Bursa Efek Indonesia on July 31, 2023, we hereby would like inform
the following: 1. the Board of Directors Statement of Responsibilities for 2023 Midyear Financial Statement of the
Company has been incorporated in the 2023 Midyear Financial Statement; 2. The Company will be re-announcing
the 2023 Midyear Financial Statement by using the financial reporting system of XBRL basis as per the prevailing
regulations; 3. we also attach herein the supporting documents of the 2023 Midyear Financial Statement: (a) the
Letter of the Company which informs on the change of the Total Amount of Liabilities and/or the Total Amount of
Assets in the 2023 Midyear Financial Statement to be compared to the Consolidated Financial Statement of the
Company and Subsidiaries for the years ended December 31, 2022 and (b) the Checklist for the Disclosure on the
2023 Midyear Financial Statement of the Company.
