Transaksi yang digambarkan pada Keterbukaan Informasi ini merupakan Transaksi Afiliasi yang hanya wajib dilaporkan oleh Perusahaan kepada Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (“OJK”) sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Peraturan OJK Transaksi Afiliasi dan Transaksi Benturan Kepentingan (POJK No. 42/POJK.04/2020), khususnya pada pasal 6 angka 1 butir cc. Di mana sifat hubungan Afiliasi adalah sebagai berikut: a. PT. IBPM adalah Entitas Anak yang 96,504 kepemilikan sahamnya dimiliki Perseroan. b. PT. JTS merupakan perusahaan afiliasi dengan sifat hubungan pemegang saham yang sama in amount of Rp. 62.040.000,- and not including tax (lease period from August 1, 2023 to July 31, 2024).
