Based on the Decree of the Board of Directors of the Jakarta Stock Exchange
Number. KEP-00066/BEI/09-2022 Rule Number 1-E concerning Obligation to
Submit Information Article 1!l.1.4., PT Indonesian Tobacco Tbk. (the
“Company”) submits an explanation for changes of more than 2075 in the
Unaudited Interim Financial Statement for the period January 1"', 2023 —
June 30", 2023, with the following explanation:

The Interim Statement of Financial Position, it can be conveyed that the

Company's Total Assets and Liabilities as of June, 30" 2023 did not change
by more than 20”, compared to the Company's Total Assets and Liabilities

as of December 31", 2022.

Total Company's Assets

The Company's Total Assets as of June 30", 2023 were recorded at
Rp 543,209,422,099 while at the end of December 31"', 2022 the Company
recorded Total Assets of Rp 553,207,312,282.

The Company's Total Assets as of June 30, 2023 was decreased by
Rp 9,997,890,183 or decreased by 1.81”5 compared to the Company's Total
Assets as of December 311, 2022.
