Buyback or payment of Debt Securities and/or Sukuk. Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Description of Material Information or Facts 1. PT Saka Energi Indonesia (“SAKA”) sebagai anak perusahaan Perseroan menerbitkan surat utang senior dengan nilai USD625,000,000 pada tanggal 05 Mei 2017 untuk jangka waktu selama 7 tahun yang dicatatkan di Bursa Efek Singapura (“Surat Utang”). SAKA telah melakukan pembelian kembali surat utang sepanjang tahun 2022 dengan nilai USD248,748,000 sehingga sisa surat utang yang masih beredar USD376,252,000. PT Saka Energi Indonesia (“SAKA”) as subsidiary of the Company has issued USD625,000,000 senior notes on 05 May 2017, which will mature after a period of 7 years which are listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (“Notes”). SAKA has conducted a buy back of the Notes during 2022 in the amount of USD248,748,000 so that the remaining outstanding notes are USD376, 252,000. 2. Berdasarkan surat kami sebelumnya No. 063900.S/KU.06.01/COS/2023 tanggal 10 Juli 2023 perihal Laporan Informasi atau Fakta Material, SAKA berencana melakukan pembelian kembali Surat Utang senilai USD200,000,000 dengan masa penawaran di pasar yang telah dimulai sejak tanggal 06 Juli 2023 dan akan berakhir tanggal 02 Agustus 2023 berdasarkan suatu memorandum penawaran tender (Tender Offer Memorandum) yang tersedia di https://deals.is.kroll.com/saka Based on our previous letter No. 063900.S/KU.06.01/COS/2023 dated 10 July 2023 subject Report on Material Information or Facts, SAKA plans to buy back USD200,000,000 of Notes with the offering period on the market starts from 06 July 2023 and is scheduled to end on 02 August

Terkait hal tersebut diatas, SAKA mengumumkan hasil dari masa penawaran awal dan menaikkan nilai pembelian kembali Surat Utang menjadi sebesar USD220.000.000 yang dilanjutkan dengan pembayaran dan pembatalan sebagian Surat Utang sebagai hasil pembelian kembali pada masa penawaran awal senilai total USD220.000.000 di tanggal 21 Juli 2023. Based on the above, SAKA announced result of early tender period and increased the amount of the buyback of the Notes to USD220,000,000 followed by making payments and cancelled some of the Notes as the result of the buyback during early tender time in the aggregate amount of USD220,000,000 on 21 July 2023. Masa penawaran tetap berlanjut sampai dengan tanggal 02 Agustus 2023, namun SAKA tidak akan menerima penawaran lebih lanjut setelah berakhirnya masa penawaran awal. The tender time is still continued until 02 August 2023, but no further tenders will be accepted by SAKA after the early tender time. Dampak kejadian, informasi atau | Dampak yang teridentifikasi dari pelaksanaan pembelian fakta material tersebut terhadap | kembali Surat Utang adalah sebagai berikut: kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi Keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha The impact of these material events, information or facts on operational activities, legal, financial conditions, or business continuity The impacts identified from the implementation of the buyback of the Notes are as follows: Nilai Surat Utang yang masih beredar setelah pelaksanaan pembelian kembali adalah sebesar USD156.252.000 dan akan jatuh tempo pada bulan Mei tahun 2024, The value of the outstanding Notes after the implementation of the buyback is USD156,252,000 and will mature in May 2024: Pelaksanaan pembelian kembali Surat Utang telah mengikuti kaidah hukum yang berlaku di Indonesia dan New York, dan The implementation of the Notes buyback has followed the prevailing laws in Indonesia and New York: and
