3. | Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material/ Description of Material Information or Facts Perseroan telah diinformasikan bahwa tiga pemegang saham Perseroan yaitu Amir Sunarko, PT SAS Global Jaya dan Carriedo Limited (“Para Pemegang Saham”), telah menyelesaikan crossing saham miliknya di Perseroan dengan total saham seluruhnya sejumlah 2.079.227.569 saham yang merupakan 51,00Y6 dari seluruh modal yang ditempatkan dan disetor Perseroan (“Saham Yang Dialihkan”) kepada Natureverse Inc. (Pte.Ltd.) (“Natureverse”), sebagai pihak yang sepakat untuk menerima Saham Yang Dialihkan berdasarkan Perjanjian tertanggal 30 Juni 2023 antara Para Pemegang Saham dengan Natureverse. Amir Sunarko masih merupakan pemegang saham dalam PT SLJ Global Tbk dan Amir Sunarko merupakan pengendali secara tidak langsung dalam Naturverse, sehingga tidak mengakibatkan perubahan pengendali pada PT SLJ Global Tbk./ The Company has been informed that the share holders of the Company, Amir Sunarko, PT SAS Global Jaya dan Carriedo Limited (“Shareholders”) has tranferred 2.079.227.569 shares in the company representing 51,0046 of the total issued and paid up capital of the Company — (“Transferred — Shares”) — to Natureverse Inc. (Pte.Lid) (“Natureverse”), based on the Agreement dated 30 June 2023 between Sharesholders and Natureverse.
