(“Perseroan”) telah menerima surat Putusan
Perkara Nomor 17/KPPU-L/2022 dari Komisi
Pengawas Persaingan Usaha Republik
Indonesia yang berisi tentang pengenaan
denda atas dugaan pelanggaran Pasal 22
Undang-undang Nomor 5 tahun 1999 terkait
Pengadaan Pekerjaan Pelaksanaan Proyek

Revitalisasi Pusat Kesenian Jakarta Taman
Ismail Marzuki Tahap III sebesar Rp.
11.200.000.000,- (sebelas miliar dua ratus juta
Rupiah). Saat ini, Perseroan akan mengajukan
upaya hukum keberatan atas Putusan ini
kepada Pengadilan Niaga sesuai dengan
ketentuan hukum yang berlaku.
Descriptions of Information PT Jaya Konstruksi Manggala Pratama
Tbk (“Company”) has received a Case
Decision Letter Number 17/KPPU-L/2022
from the Indonesian Competition
Commission (“Decision”) which contains the
imposition of fines for alleged violations of
Article 22 of Law Number 5 of 1999 regarding
the Procurement of Work for the
Implementation of the Jakarta Art Center
Taman Ismail Marzuki Revitalization Project
Phase III in the amount of Rp.
11,200,000,000.- (eleven billion two
hundred million Rupiah). Currently, the
Company will file an objection against the
Decision to the Commercial Court in
accordance with the prevailing laws.
