Perseroan yang dimiliki oleh EMS.
1. Berdasarkan Akta EMS No. 24 tanggal 18 Juli 2023,
dibuat di hadapan Deni Thanur, Notaris di Jakarta Selatan,
dimana tambahan modal ditempatkan dan disetor seluruhnya
diambil oleh Perseroan (detail terlampir).
2. Berdasarkan Akta WRL No. 25 tanggal 18 Juli 2023,
dibuat di hadapan Deni Thanur, Notaris di Jakarta Selatan,
dimana tambahan modal ditempatkan dan disetor seluruhnya
diambil oleh EMS (detail terlampir).
3. Berdasarkan Akta BSA No. 26 tanggal 18 Juli 2023
