Sebagai Pengganti Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan
PT. Soho Industri Pharmasi tertanggal 20 Juli 2023, yang
mana pemegang saham PT. Soho Industri Pharmasi telah
menyetujui penetapan dan pembagian dividen tahunan untuk
tahun buku yang berakhir pada tanggal 31 Desember 2022,
kepada masing-masing pemegang saham PT. Soho Industri
Pharmasi (termasuk Perseroan) dan untuk seluruh seri saham
(saham seri A dan seri B) dengan total sebesar
Rp.73.012.500.000,- atau Rp.265.500.000,- per lembar
saham.

Sebagai Pengganti Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham
Tahunan PT. Parit Padang Global tertanggal 20 Juli 2023,
dimana pemegang saham PT. Parit Padang Global telah
menyetujui penetapan dan pembagian dividen tahunan untuk
tahun buku yang berakhir pada tanggal 31 Desember 2022,
kepada masing-masing pemegang saham PT. Parit Padang
Global (termasuk Perseroan) dan untuk seluruh seri saham
(saham seri A dan seri B) dengan total sebesar Rp
73.153.000.000,- atau Rp 95.500,- per lembar saham.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Pendapatan berupa dividen tahunan dari anak perusahaan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan Perseroan, yakni PT. Soho Industri Pharmasi dan PT. Parit
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, Padang Global sebagaimana disebutkan di atas, tidak
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau berdampak material, baik terhadap kegiatan operasional,
Perusahaan Publik hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha
Perseroan.
