Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Sehubungan dengan adanya ketentuan pada Surat Keputusan
Direksi PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) No. KEP-00015/BEI/01-
2021 tanggal 29 Januari 2021 No. IV.2.11 Peraturan BEI No. I-
E tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian Laporan bagi Perusahaan
Tercatat yang Menerbitkan Efek Bersifat Utang dan/atau
Sukuk, Perseroan wajib menyampaikan Laporan Kesiapan
Dana untuk Pelunasan Efek Bersifat Utang paling lambat 15
(lima belas) hari Bursa sebelum jatuh tempo. Bersama ini kami
sampaikan bahwa PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk
telah menyediakan dana pelunasan pokok dan kupon bunga
untuk MTN Subordinasi I BNI Tahun 2018 sebesar
Rp102.000.000.000,- (seratus dua miliar Rupiah) yang akan
jatuh tempo pada tanggal 10 Agustus 2023 mendatang.
Dengan demikian, Perseroan dapat melakukan pelunasan
pokok dan kupon bunga atas Efek tersebut.

material tersebut terhadap kegiatan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan,
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau
Perusahaan Publik

Description of Material Information or In connection with the provisions in the Decree of the Directors
Facts of the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) No. KEP-
00015/BEI/01-2021 dated 29 January 2021 No. IV.2.11 IDX
Regulation No. I-E regarding the Obligation to Submit Reports
for Listed Companies That Issue Debt Securities and/or
Sukuk, the Company is required to submit a Report on the
Readiness of Funds for the Repayment of Debt Securities no
later than 15 (fifteen) Exchange days before maturity. We
hereby inform you that PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero)
Tbk has provided principal redemption funds and interest
coupons for BNI Year 2018 Subordinated MTN I in the amount
of IDR 102,000,000,000 (one hundred and two billion Rupiah),
which will mature on the 10 August 2023. Thus, the Company
can pay off the principal and interest coupons for the
Securities.
