change has obtained approval by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia in
Decree No. AHU-0037402.AH.01.02 Year 2023 dated 4 July 2023 concerning Approval of Amendment to
the Articles of Association of Limited Liability Company PT Pantai Indah Kapuk Dua Tbk.
