In order to fulfill the obligations stipulated in the Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 30/POJK.04/2015 concerning Realization Report on the Use of Proceeds from a Public Offering, herewith we submit a Realization Report on the Use of Proceeds from a Public Ofering of PT. Saraswanti Indoland Development Tbk for the period ending June 30, 2023. Seluruh Dana Hasil Penawaran Umum belum terpakai seluruhnya seperti tercantum dalam lampiran. Adapun alasan belum terpakai seluruhnya dikarenakan proyek Arjuna baru terlaksana pada bulan September 2022 dari yang direncanakan mulai pada bulan Mei 2022 dan proyek Banyu Bening baru terlaksana pada awal tahun 2023 dari yang direncanakan mulai pada bulan Juli 2022, sehingga terjadi kemunduran pembangunan atas proyek tersebut. Kemunduran tersebut dikarenakan PBG atas proyek Arjuna baru dikeluarkan oleh Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kabupaten Sleman pada bulan September 2022 sedangkan PBG atas proyek Banyu Bening baru dapat terselesaikan pada bulan Desember 2022. The reason fund not being fully used because the Arjuna project was started only in September 2022 postponed from original plan in May 2022 and the Banyu Bening project was started in early 2023 postponed from original plan in July 2022, resulting delay development. The delay occurs because the Building Approval for the Arjuna project was issued by Sleman Regency Investment and Integrated One-Stop Services Office in September 2022 while the Building Approval for the Banyu Bening project issued in December 2022.
