PT DSSP Power Mas Sejahtera ("DSSP PMS"), sebanyak 249
saham kepada PT Daya Anugerah Sejati Utama ("DASU").
Susunan pemegang saham DSSP PMS setelah pengalihan
saham tersebut adalah sebagaimana terlampir.
DSSE, DSSP PMS, dan DASU adalah entitas anak Perseroan
dengan kepemilikan efektif lebih dari 99%.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Restrukturisasi internal entitas anak ini tidak memiliki dampak
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan signifikan terhadap kondisi keuangan Perseroan.

The shareholding structure of DSSP PMS after the transfer of
shares is as attached.
DSSE, DSSP PMS, and DASU are subsidiaries of the
Company with more than 99% effective ownership.
