DSS energy and infrastructure Description of material information or facts On July 12, 2023, PT DSSE Energi Mas Utama (DSSE”) transferred all of its shares in PT DSSP Power Mas Sejahtera (“DSSP PMS”), for a total of 249 shares to PT Daya Anugerah Sejati Utama (“DASU"). The shareholding structure of DSSP PMS after the above transfer of shares is as follows: Shareholders Number of Issued and Paid-up Shares Capital DASU 249 Rp249,000,000 The Company 1 Rp1,000,000 Total 250 Rp250,000,000 DSSE, DSSP PMS, and DASU are subsidiaries of the Company with more than 9946 effective ownership.
