Partner), namely: Mr. Henri Sinurat To conduct an audit of the company's financial statements ending on 31 December
2023
The decision to change the Issuer’s Public Accountant was based on the following considerations:
1. Summary of Minutes of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the Fiscal Year 2022; And
2. Recommendation of the Audit Committee in appointing a Public Accountant and/or Public Accounting Firm
