PT Saka Energi Indonesia (“SAKA”) sebagai anak perusahaan dari Perseroan menerbitkan surat utang senior dengan nilai USD 625.000.000,00 pada tanggal 5 Mei 2017 untuk jangka waktu selama 7 tahun yang dicatatkan di Bursa Efek Singapura (“Surat Utang”). PT Saka Energi Indonesia (“SAKA”) as subsidiary of the Company has issued USD 625,000,000.00 senior notes on 5 May 2017, which will mature after a period of 7 years which are listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (“Notes”). 2 Sebagai langkah proaktif dalam mengelola Surat Utang yang akan segera jatuh tempo di tahun 2024, SAKA telah melakukan pembelian kembali atas Surat Utang sejumlah USD 243.748.000 di tahun 2022 (dengan rincian USD 220.000.000 melalui Cash Tender Offer dan USD 28.748.000 melalui Open Market Purchase) dan berencana untuk melakukan pembelian kembali atas Surat Utang senilai USD 200.000.000 dari Notes yang masih beredar pada saat ini senilai USD 376.252.000,00 berdasarkan suatu memorandum penawaran tender (Tender Offer Memorandum) yang tersedia di https://deals.is.kroll.com/saka Asa proactive step in managing the Notes that will soon mature in 2024, SAKA has conducted a buy back of the Notes in the amount of USD 248,748,000 during 2022 (USD 220,000,000 pursuant to Cash Tender Offer and USD 28,748,000 pursuant to Open Market Purchase) and now plans to buy back the Notes to USD 200,000,000 of the outstanding of USD 376,252,000 pursuant to a Tender Offer Memorandum which is available at https://deals.is.kroll.com/saka

3. PERTAMINA GAS NEGARA Pembelian kembali Surat Utang akan menggunakan ketersediaan dana kas internal SAKA. The buyback of the Notes will use available SAKAS internal cash funds. 3. Masa penawaran di pasar dimulai dari tanggal 06 Juli 2023 dan dijadwalkan akan berakhir pada tanggal 02 Agustus 2023 The offering period on the market starts from July 06, 2023 and is scheduled to end on August 02, 2023. SAKA is currently still in the offering stage for the buyback of the Notes, hence the value of success in the buyback is not yet known in assessing the impact of the event in detail.
