Merujuk pada Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No. 35/POJK.04/2014 tentang Sekretaris Perusahaan
Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik dan berdasarkan Surat Keputusan Direksi Perseroan
No. 009/VII/2023-BOD.MPPA tertanggal 07 Juli 2023, dengan ini Direksi Perseroan menunjuk Sdri.
Mirtha sebagai Sekretaris Perusahaan terhitung sejak tanggal 07 Juli 2023.
Referring to Financial Authority Services Regulation No. 35/POJK.04/2014 concerning Corporate
Secretary of Issuers or Public Companies and based on the Resolution of Board of Directors of the
Company No. 009/VII/2023-BOD.MPPA dated July 07, 2023, hereby the Board of Directors of the
Company announces the appointment of Mirtha as Corporate Secretary of the Company
as of July 07, 2023.
