dengan ini Perseroan menyampaikan bahwa Direksi Perseroan secara bersama-sama telah menyetujui
penunjukan Sdri. Mirtha sebagai Sekretaris Perusahaan terhitung sejak tanggal 07 Juli 2023.
Pemberitahuan ini disampaikan dalam rangka memenuhi ketentuan Peraturan OJK Nomor
35/POJK.04/2014 tentang Sekretaris Perusahaan Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik.
Based on the Resolution of Board of Directors of PT Matahari Putra Prima Tbk (the ”Company”) dated
July 07, 2023, the Company hereby announces that the Board of Directors of the Company has
approved the appointment of Mirtha as the Corporate Secretary effective as of 07 Juli 2023. This
notification is submitted in order to fulfill the provisions of OJK Regulation Number 35/POJK.04/2014
concerning the Corporate Secretary of Issuer or Public Companies.
