Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Keterbukaan Informasi ini adalah dalam rangka memenuhi
Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan no. 14/pojk.04/2019
tentang perubahan atas peraturan otoritas jasa keuangan no.
32/pojk.04/2015 tentang Penambahan Modal Perusahaan
Terbuka Dengan Memberikan Hak Memesan Efek Terlebih
Dahulu.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak terdapat dampak signifikan terhadap kegiatan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan dan kelangsungan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, usaha Perseroan. Namun dampak dari pelaksanaan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau PMTHMETD ini adalah persentase kepemilikan saham dari
Perusahaan Publik setiap Pemegang Saham Perseroan saat ini akan mengalami
penurunan (delusi) sebesar 25,5966% (dua puluh lima koma
lima sembilan enam enam persen).
Informasi Lain
Perseroan telah mengumumkan Keterbukaan Informasi Penambahan modal tanpa HMETD, Pelunasan Utang dan / atau
Konversi Utang Menjadi Saham pertama kali pada saat Pengumuman RUPS Luar Biasa pada tanggal 12 Mei 2023.
Perubahan dan/atau tambahan keterbukaan informasi pertama dan kedua masing-masing telah dilakukan pada tanggal
16 Juni 2023 dan 19 Juni 2023. Keterbukaan Informasi kepada Pemegang Saham Atas Rencana Pelaksanaan
PMTHMETD telah dilakukan Perseroan pada tanggal 21 Juni 2023.

Description of Material Information or This Disclosure Information is in the context of fulfilling
Facts Financial Services Authority Regulation no. 14/pojk.04/2019
concerning changes to the financial services authority
regulation no. 32/pojk.04/2015 concerning Capital Increase for
Public Companies by Providing Pre-emptive Rights.
Impact of event, material information or There is no significant impact on the Company's operational,
facts towards Issuers or Public legal, financial condition and business continuity activities.
Company’s operational activities, legal, However, the impact of implementing this capital increase
financial condition, or going concern without pre-emptive rights is that the percentage of share
ownership of each of the Company's current Shareholders will
decrease (delusion) by 25.5966% (twenty-five point five nine
six six percent).
Other Information
The Company has announced Disclosure of Information on Capital Increase without Preemptive Rights, Debt
Redemption and/or Debt Conversion into Shares for the first time at the Announcement of the EGMS on 12 May
2023. Changes and/or additions to the first and second information disclosure were made on 16 June 2023 and 19
June 2023, respectively. Disclosure of Information to Shareholders regarding the PMTHMETD Implementation Plan
has been carried out by the Company on 21 June 2023.
