3. Uraian Informasi Keterbukaan Informasi ini adalah dalam rangka
memenuhi Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan no.
14/pojk.04/2019 tentang perubahan atas peraturan
otoritas jasa keuangan no. 32/pojk.04/2015 tentang
Penambahan Modal Perusahaan Terbuka Dengan
Memberikan Hak Memesan Efek Terlebih Dahulu.
Description of Material This Disclosure Information is in the context of
Information or Facts fulfilling Financial Services Authority Regulation no.
14/pojk.04/2019 concerning changes to the financial
services authority regulation no. 32/pojk.04/2015
concerning Capital Increase for Public Companies by
Providing Pre-emptive Rights.
4. Dampak kejadian, Informasi Tidak terdapat dampak signifikan terhadap kegiatan
tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan dan
operasional, hukum, kondisi kelangsungan usaha Perseroan. Namun dampak dari

keuangan atau kelangsungan pelaksanaan PMTHMETD ini adalah persentase
usaha Emiten atau Perusahaan kepemilikan saham dari setiap Pemegang Saham
Publik Perseroan saat ini akan mengalami penurunan
(delusi) sebesar 25,5966% (dua puluh lima koma lima
sembilan enam enam persen).
Impact of event, material There is no significant impact on the Company’s
information or facts towards operational, legal, financial condition and business
Issuers or Public Company’s continuity activities. However, the impact of
operational activities, legal, implementing this capital increase without pre-
financial condition, or going emptive rights is that the percentage of share
concern ownership of each of the Company's current
Shareholders will decrease (delusion) by 25.5966%

5. Keterangan lain-lain Perseroan telah mengumumkan Keterbukaan
Informasi Penambahan modal tanpa HMETD,
Pelunasan Utang dan / atau Konversi Utang Menjadi
Saham pertama kali pada saat Pengumuman RUPS
Luar Biasa pada tanggal 12 Mei 2023.
Perubahan dan/atau tambahan keterbukaan
informasi pertama dan kedua masing-masing telah
dilakukan pada tanggal 16 Juni 2023 dan 19 Juni
2023.
Keterbukaan Informasi kepada Pemegang Saham Atas
Rencana Pelaksanaan PMTHMETD telah dilakukan
Perseroan pada tanggal 21 Juni 2023.
Other Information The Company has announced Disclosure of
Information on Capital Increase without Preemptive
Rights, Debt Redemption and/or Debt Conversion into
Shares for the first time at the Announcement of the
EGMS on 12 May 2023.
Changes and/or additions to the first and second
information disclosure were made on 16 June 2023
and 19 June 2023, respectively.
Disclosure of Information to Shareholders regarding
the PMTHMETD Implementation Plan has been
carried out by the Company on 21 June 2023.
