Shares), through its subsidiary PT Saka Eksplorasi Timur
("SET") has signed a PSC Contract (“PSC”) forthe Sangkar
Block (“WK Sangkar") with SKK MIGAS on May 30", 2023.
2. Berdasarkan KKS WK Sangkar ditetapkan bahwa tanggal
efektif berlakunya KKS WK Sangkar dimulai sejak adanya
persetujuan oleh Pemerintah cg Menteri ESDM atas KKS
WK Sangkar tersebut.
Based on the PSC WK Sangkar, it is determined that the
effective date of the PSC WK Sangkar starts from the date
of the approval by the Government cg Minister of Energy
and Mineral Resources for the PSC WK Sangkar.
3. Pada tanggal 5 Juli 2023 SEI telah menerima dokumen
KKS WK Sangkar dari Direktorat Jenderal Migas (DJM)
dengan status dokumen telah dilengkapi dengan tanda
tangan persetujuan Menteri ESDM. Dengan demikian
maka KKS WK Sangkar berlaku efektif.
On July 5, 2023, SEI received the PSC WK Sangkar
document from the Directorate General of Oil and Gas
(DJM) with the document status completed with the
signature of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources.
Thus, the KKS WK Sangkar has become effective.
