RUPS Perseroan memutuskan menggunakan jasa Kantor Akuntan Publik Heliantono & Rekan dengan Akuntan Publik
(Signing Partner) yaitu Bapak Charlie Thyawarta, CPA untuk melakukan audit terhadap laporan keuangan perseroan
yang berakhir pada tanggal 31 Desember 2023
Pertimbangan dalam memutuskan perubahan Akuntan Publik adalah sebagai berikut :
Kantor Akuntan Publik Heliantono & Rekan dengan Akuntan Publik (Signing Partner) yaitu Bapak Charlie Thyawarta,
CPA telah melakukan audit terhadap laporan keuangan Perseroan selama 3 tahun berturut-turut yaitu periode tahun
buku 31 Desember 2018 sampai dengan 31 Desember 2020. Kemudian dilanjutkan oleh Akuntan Publik (Signing
Partner) yaitu Bapak Rahmat Sukendar, SE, Ak, CA, CPA untuk periode tahun buku 31 Desember 2021 sampai dengan
31 Desember 2022.
Sebelumnya untuk audit laporan keuangan, Perseroan menggunakan jasa Kantor Akuntan Publik Heliantono & Rekan
yang telah melakukan audit laporan keuangan Perseroan selama Periode tahun buku 31 Desember 2018 sampai
dengan 31 Desember 2022.

According to the results of the General Meeting of Shareholders held on 19 June 2023 Based on: GMS Approval , The
Company decided to use the services of a Public Accounting Firm: Heliantono & Rekan with Public Accountant (Signing
Partner), namely: Mr. Charlie Thyawarta, CPA To conduct an audit of the company's financial statements ending on 31
December 2023
The decision to change the Issuer’s Public Accountant was based on the following considerations:
Public Accounting Firm Heliantono & Rekan with the Signing Partner, namely Mr. Charlie Thyawarta, CPA had audited
the Company's financial statements for 3 consecutive years, which were the period for the financial year 31 December
2018
to 31 December 2020. Then continued by the Public Accountant (Signing Partner) namely Mr. Rahmat Sukendar, SE,
Ak, CA, CPA for the financial year period 31 December 2021 to 31 December 2022.
Previously, the Company had appointed Heliantono & Rekan as their Public Accounting Firm for the audit of the financial
statement for the year ended 31 December 2018 to 31 December 2022.
Thus to be informed accordingly.
