RUPS Perseroan memutuskan menggunakan jasa Kantor Akuntan Publik Hertanto Grace Karunawan dengan Akuntan
Publik (Signing Partner) yaitu Bapak Bambang Karunawan untuk melakukan audit terhadap laporan keuangan
perseroan yang berakhir pada tanggal 31 Desember 2023
Pertimbangan dalam memutuskan perubahan Akuntan Publik adalah sebagai berikut :
1. Dokumen Penunjukan AP dan/atau KAP antara lain Ringkasan Risalah Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham (RUPST)
Tahun Buku 2022; dan
2. Rekomendasi Komite Audit dalam penunjukan AP dan/atau KAP Tahun 2023.
Sebelumnya untuk audit laporan keuangan, Perseroan menggunakan jasa Kantor Akuntan Publik Kosasih, Nurdiyaman,
Mulyadi, Tjahjo & Rekan yang telah melakukan audit laporan keuangan Perseroan selama Periode tahun buku 01
Januari 2022 sampai dengan 31 Desember 2022.

According to the results of the General Meeting of Shareholders held on 21 June 2023 Based on: GMS Approval , The
Company decided to use the services of a Public Accounting Firm: Hertanto Grace Karunawan with Public Accountant
(Signing Partner), namely: Mr. Bambang Karunawan To conduct an audit of the company's financial statements ending
on 31 December 2023
The decision to change the Issuer’s Public Accountant was based on the following considerations:
1. AP and/or KAP Appointment Documents, including Summary of Minutes of General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS)
for Fiscal Year 2022; and
2. Recommendations from the Audit Committee for appointing AP and/or KAP in 2023.
Previously, for auditing the financial statements, the Company used the services of the Public Accounting Firm Kosasih,
Nurdiyaman, Mulyadi, Tjahjo & Partners who had audited the Company's financial statements during the financial year
period 01 January 2022 to 31 December 2022.
Thus to be informed accordingly.
