RUPS Perseroan memutuskan menggunakan jasa Kantor Akuntan Publik S. Mannan, Ardiansyah & Rekan dengan
Akuntan Publik (Signing Partner) yaitu Bapak Yazid M. Aleq Bawafi, Ak., M.Bus., CPA., CA untuk melakukan audit
terhadap laporan keuangan perseroan yang berakhir pada tanggal 31 Desember 2023
Pertimbangan dalam memutuskan perubahan Akuntan Publik adalah sebagai berikut :
1. Independensi AP, KAP, dan Orang Dalam KAP
Seluruh AP dan Orang Dalam KAP S.Mannan, Ardiansyah & Rekan adalah pihak-pihak yang independen terhadap PT
Tirta Mahakam Resources Tbk.
2. Ruang lingkup audit
Ruang lingkup audit adalah audit umum, sesuai dengan Standar Audit (SA) yang ditetapkan oleh Institut Akuntan Publik
Indonesia (IAPI).
3. Imbalan jasa audit
Besaran imbalan jasa audit adalah wajar, sesuai dengan jasa yang diberikan oleh AP/KAP.
4. Keahlian dan pengalaman AP, KAP, dan Tim Audit dari KAP
AP, KAP dan Tim Audit dari KAP mempunyai keahlian untuk melakukan audit umum sesuai dengan SA yang berlaku,
menguasai Standar Akuntansi Keuangan di Indonesia dan peraturan perundang-undangan lain yang berlaku.

According to the results of the General Meeting of Shareholders held on 28 June 2023 Based on: GMS Approval , The
Company decided to use the services of a Public Accounting Firm: S. Mannan, Ardiansyah & Rekan with Public
Accountant (Signing Partner), namely: Mr. Yazid M. Aleq Bawafi, Ak., M.Bus., CPA., CA To conduct an audit of the
company's financial statements ending on 31 December 2023
The decision to change the Issuer’s Public Accountant was based on the following considerations:
1. Independence of AP, KAP, and KAP Insiders
All APs and KAP Insiders S. Mannan, Ardiansyah & Partners are independent parties to PT Tirta Mahakam Resources
Tbk.
2. Scope of audit
The scope of the audit is a general audit, in accordance with the Auditing Standards (SA) set by the Indonesian Institute
of Certified Public Accountants (IAPI).
3. Fee for audit services
The amount of fee for audit services is reasonable, in accordance with the services provided by the AP/KAP.
4. Expertise and experience of AP, KAP, and Audit Team from KAP
AP, KAP and the Audit Team from KAP have the expertise to conduct general audits in accordance with the applicable
SA, master the Financial Accounting Standards in Indonesia and other applicable laws and regulations.
