'Indonesia Most Powerful Women 2023' dalam
penganugerahan oleh SWA yang dilaksanakan di Hotel
Shangri-La Ceria Room Jakarta pada selasa (27/6). Acara
penghargaan ini dikemas dalam bentuk Conference &
Awarding yang berjudul Indonesia Most Powerful Women
Business Leader 2023, Great Women Leader with Remarkable
Breakthrough: How to Accelerate Business Growth in the Post
Pandemic Era. Adapun tujuan diselenggarakannya acara
tersebut adalah sebagai bentuk apresiasi dan dukungan
terhadap keberhasilan kepemimpinan wanita di dunia bisnis,
menampilkan best practices kepemimpinan wanita yang bisa
menjadi benchmark dan sumber inspirasi, serta publikasi top
leader perempuan di Indonesia yang berhasil dalam
mengelola perusahaan di era pandemi dan pasca-pandemi.
Ratih Esti Prihatini, kerap dipanggil dengan panggilan 'Ade'
pertama kali mulai bergabung ke Elnusa di penghujung tahun
2021 dan telah memimpin pengembangan usaha Elnusa
hingga saat ini. Memiliki pengalaman bekerja di Oil & Gas
Industries selama lebih dari 20 tahun dengan berbagai bidang
penugasan, yakni 10 tahun pada fungsi Operations, 2 tahun
pada fungsi Human Resources dan 13 tahun pada fungsi
Commercial/Marketing. Tentunya segudang pengalaman
tersebut menjadi pundi-pundi keberhasilan kepemimpinan
Ratih untuk memimpin Direktorat Pengembangan Usaha
Elnusa yang membawahi Divisi Marketing, Business
Develoment, dan juga Strategic Planning & Corporate
Management.
Pada era saat ini Elnusa dituntut harus cepat tanggap dan
tangkas dengan perubahan yang terjadi. Salah satunya adalah
terhadap energi baru terbarukan. Bagaimana cara Elnusa
beradaptasi dengan bisnis tidak hanya untuk jangka panjang,
tapi juga jangka pendek. Sebagai Direktur Pengembangan
Usaha Elnusa, Ratih bertanggungjawab untuk menjawab
tantangan dalam membuat strategi yang dapat dijalankan tidak
hanya dalam survive mode tetapi juga harus bisa menavigasi
bisnis dalam menghadapi kondisi disruption dan
ketidakpastian atau volatility. Salah satu terobosan strategi
yang diprakarsai oleh Ratih adalah 'Customer Perspective'
Sebagai peningkatan kualitas layanan untuk meningkatkan
market share di Pertamina Group maupun non Pertamina
Group.

diwakili oleh Manager Corporate Communication Elnusa,
Jayanty Oktavia Maulina yang dalam kesempatan tersebut
mengucapkan terimakasih atas penghargaan yang telah
diberikan kepada Ibu Ratih. 'Penghargaan ini tentunya menjadi

Facts Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa) Ratih Esti Prihatini, won the 'Indonesia
Most Powerful Women 2023' award in an award by SWA
which was held at the Shangri-La Ceria Room Hotel Jakarta on
Tuesday (27/6). This award ceremony was packaged in the
form of a Conference & Awarding entitled Indonesia Most
Powerful Women Business Leader 2023, Great Women
Leader with Remarkable Breakthrough: How to Accelerate
Business Growth in the Post Pandemic Era. The purpose of
holding this event is as a form of appreciation and support for
the success of women's leadership in the business world,
displaying best practices of women's leadership that can be
benchmarks and sources of inspiration, as well as publication
of top women leaders in Indonesia who have succeeded in
managing companies in the pandemic and post-pandemic
eras. pandemic.
Ratih Esti Prihatini, often called 'Ade', first started joining
Elnusa at the end of 2021 and has led Elnusa's business
development to date. Has experience working in Oil & Gas
Industries for more than 20 years with various assignments,
namely 10 years in the Operations function, 2 years in the
Human Resources function and 13 years in the
Commercial/Marketing function. Of course, this myriad of
experiences became the coffers of Ratih's successful
leadership to lead the Elnusa Business Development
Directorate which oversees the Marketing, Business
Development, and Strategic Planning & Corporate
Management Divisions.
In the current era, Elnusa is required to be responsive and
agile with the changes that are taking place. One of them is
the new renewable energy. How does Elnusa adapt to
business not only for the long term, but also for the short term.
As Elnusa's Director of Business Development, Ratih is
responsible for responding to challenges in creating strategies
that can be implemented not only in survival mode but also
must be able to navigate the business in the face of disruption
and uncertainty or volatility. One of the breakthrough strategies
initiated by Ratih is 'Customer Perspective' as an improvement
in service quality to increase market share in the Pertamina
Group and non-Pertamina Group.

a 'Conference and Awarding Indonesia's Most Powerful

practices for great women,' explained Kemal.
Even though she was carrying out the Hajj pilgrimage, Ratih
Esti Prihatini was represented by Elnusa's Corporate
Communication Manager, Jayanty Oktavia Maulina, who on
this occasion thanked Mrs. Ratih for the award. 'This award is
certainly an additional encouragement for all of us because
now we have a female leader who is able to set an example in
carrying out the mandate of the work as well as possible to
achieve sustainable success in the future,' concluded Jayanty.
