  Director of Business Development Elnusa Wins Indonesia's
              Most Powerful Women 2023 Award
Jakarta, 4 July 2023 - Director of Business Development of PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa) Ratih Esti Prihatini, won the "Indonesia
Most Powerful Women 2023" award in an award by SWA which was held at the Shangri-La Ceria Room Hotel Jakarta on
Tuesday (27/6). This award ceremony was packaged in the form of a Conference & Awarding entitled Indonesia Most
Powerful Women Business Leader 2023, Great Women Leader with Remarkable Breakthrough: How to Accelerate Business
Growth in the Post Pandemic Era. The purpose of holding this event is as a form of appreciation and support for the success
of women's leadership in the business world, displaying best practices of women's leadership that can be benchmarks and
sources of inspiration, as well as publication of top women leaders in Indonesia who have succeeded in managing companies
in the pandemic and post-pandemic eras. pandemic.

Ratih Esti Prihatini, often called "Ade", first started joining Elnusa at the end of 2021 and has led Elnusa's business
development to date. Has experience working in Oil & Gas Industries for more than 20 years with various assignments,
namely 10 years in the Operations function, 2 years in the Human Resources function and 13 years in the
Commercial/Marketing function. Of course, this myriad of experiences became the coffers of Ratih's successful leadership to
lead the Elnusa Business Development Directorate which oversees the Marketing, Business Development, and Strategic
Planning & Corporate Management Divisions.
