Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Uraian rangkaian transaksi penyewaan kapal ini adalah
penyewaan 1 unit Kapal milik Korindo oleh MATRANS dengan
skema sewa guna usaha selama 5 tahun dan Kapal mulai
beroperasi dibawah MATRANS pada tanggal 30 Juni 2023,
dengan diberikan opsi beli pada akhir periode sewa dimana
MATRANS akan membeli Kapal tersebut sesuai dengan
kondisi-kondisi sebagaimana tercantum dalam Perjanjian BBC.
Jenis kapal yang disewa adalah 1 (satu) unit kapal Oil and
Chemical Tanker
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak ada dampak langsung atas kegiatan operasional,
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan hukum, kondisi keuangan ataupun kelangsungan usaha
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, Perseroan. Sewa Kapal dengan skema BBHP ini dilakukan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau untuk pengembangan usaha anak perusahaan Perseroan.

Description of Material Information or The description of this series of ship leasing transactions is the
Facts leasing of 1 unit of Ship owned by Korindo by MATRANS with
a leasing scheme for 5 years, and the Ship began operating
under MATRANS on June 30, 2023, with a purchase option at
the end of the lease period where MATRANS will purchase the
Ship in accordance with the conditions as stated in the BBC
Agreement.
The type of vessel leased is 1 (one) unit of an Oil and
Chemical Tanker.
Impact of event, material information or There is no direct impact on the operational activities, legal
facts towards Issuers or Public status, financial condition, or business continuity of the
Company’s operational activities, legal, Company. This vessel charter with the BBHP scheme is
financial condition, or going concern carried out for the business development of the Company's
subsidiaries.
