Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Bersama ini kami sampaikan bahwa Perseroan telah
menyediakan dana untuk pelunasan pokok dan bunga kedua
belas Obligasi Berkelanjutan I Merdeka Copper Gold Tahap I
Tahun 2020 Seri B yang akan jatuh tempo pada tanggal 30
Juli 2023 dengan tingkat bunga tetap sebesar 10,5% (sepuluh
koma lima persen) per tahun.
Dana tersebut akan dibayarkan kepada PT Kustodian Sentral
Efek Indonesia (KSEI) sebelum tanggal 30 Juli 2023.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak terdapat dampak material atas informasi material berupa
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan pelunasan pokok dan bunga kedua belas Obligasi
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, Berkelanjutan I Merdeka Copper Gold Tahap I Tahun 2020
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Seri B terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi
Perusahaan Publik keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha Perseroan.

Facts for the payment of the principal and twelfth interest of
Continuation Bonds I Merdeka Copper Gold Phase I Year
2020 Series B which will be matured on 30 July 2023 with a
fixed interest rate at the amount of 10,5% (ten point five per
cent) per year.
The aforesaid fund will be paid to PT Kustodian Sentral Efek
Indonesia (KSEI) before 30 July 2023.

facts towards Issuers or Public form of the payment of the principal and twelfth interest of
