Readiness of Funds for Payment of Principal and Twelfth Interest of Continuation Bonds I Merdeka Copper Gold Phase I Year 2020 Series B. Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Description of Material Information or Facts Bersama ini kami sampaikan bahwa Perseroan telah menyediakan dana untuk pelunasan pokok dan bunga kedua belas Obligasi Berkelanjutan I Merdeka Copper Gold Tahap I Tahun 2020 Seri B yang akan jatuh tempo pada tanggal 30 Juli 2023 dengan tingkat bunga tetap sebesar 10,596 (sepuluh koma lima persen) per tahun. Dana tersebut akan dibayarkan kepada PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) sebelum tanggal 30 Juli 2023. We would like to inform that the Company has prepared funds for the payment of the principal and twelfth interest of Continuation Bonds 1 Merdeka Copper Gold Phase I Year 2020 Series B which will be matured on 30 July 2023 with a fixed interest rate at the amount of 10,596 (ten point five per cent) per year. The aforesaid fund will be paid to PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) before 30 July 2023. Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta material tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha Perseroan Impact of such material information or facts on the Company's operational, law, Jinancial condition or business continuity Tidak terdapat dampak material atas informasi material berupa pelunasan pokok dan bunga kedua belas Obligasi Berkelanjutan 1 Merdeka Copper Gold Tahap I Tahun 2020 Seri B terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha Perseroan. There is no material impact on the material information in the form of the payment of the principal and twelfth interest of Continuation Bonds I Merdeka Copper Gold Phase I Year 2020 Series B on the Company's operational, law, financial condition or business continuity.
