Hal ini disebabkan oleh penyelesaian dan/atau pelunasan hutang yang dilakukan dengan penjualan aset Perseroan berupa kapal, sehingga jumlah aset tetap decreased by US$ 224,372,935 and US$ 232,506,148, respectively, or decreased by 37,274 and 47,384 compared to the audited consolidated financial statements for the period ended 31 December 2021. This was due to the settlement and/or prepayment of debts which was performed by selling the Company's assets in the form of vessels, so that total fixed assets and long-term loans decreased significantly. Pada akhir tahun 2022, Perseroan telah berhasil menurunkan saldo liabilitas lebih dari 4796 sehingga diperkirakan dapat mengurangi beban keuangan di tahun 2023 yang pada akhirnya dapat memperbaiki kinerja keuangan Perseroan. Demikian kami sampaikan dan atas perhatiannya kami ucapkan terima kasih.
