Transaksi ini merupakan transaksi sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 11 huruf b POJK No.17/POJK.04/2020 tentang Transaksi Material dan Perubahan Kegiatan Usaha, yaitu transaksi pinjaman yang diterima secara langsung dari Bank, perusahaan

Uraian Transaksi/Description Transaction of modal ventura, perusahaan pembiayaan, atau perusahaan pembiayaan infrastruktur baik dari dalam negeri maupun luar negeri. Oleh karenanya, Perseroan diwajibkan untuk melaporkan transaksi tersebut kepada OJK paling lambat 2 hari setelah tanggal transaksi material tersebut. / The Company has signed Amendment of the Loan Agreement dated September 17, 2026, by and between Company and it's subsidiaries with PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (“BCA”) (“Loan Agreement”). This transaction constitutes a transaction as referred to Article 11 letter b of POJK No.17/POJK.04/2020 regarding Material Transactions and Changes in Business Activities, namely loan transactions received directly from banks, venture capital companies, finance companies infrastructure financing both domestically and abroad. Therefore, the Company is reguired to report the transaction to OJK no later than 2 days after the date of the material transaction. Perseroan menyampaikan bahwa Perubahan atas Perjanjian Kredit tersebut antara lain adalah : - mengalihkan sebagian plafon fasilitas KI 7 MS Tranche D sebesar Rp60.000.000.000,-(enam puluh miliar Rupiah) menjadi fasilitas Kredit Investasi 8 untuk PT MS sehingga jumlah plafon fasilitas KI 7 MS Tranche D berkurang menjadi Rp190.000.000.000,- (seratus sembilan puluh miliar Rupiah), - memperpanjang Batas Waktu Penarikan dan/atau Penggunaan Fasilitas Kredit untuk fasilitas Kredit Lokal (Rekening Koran), fasilitas L/C dan/atau SKBDN, dan fasilitas Time Loan Revolving: dan - mengubah beberapa syarat dan ketentuan dalam Perjanjian Kredit: / The Company hereby informs that the amandments to the Credit Agreement include among others, the following : - transferring a portion of credit Limit of the KI 7 MS Tranche D Facility amounting to 60,000,000,000 IDR (Sixtransferring a portion of the credit limit of the KI 7 MS Tranche D facility amounting to Rp60,000,000,000 (sixty billion Rupiah) to a Kredit Investasi 8 facility for PT MS, thereby reducing the credit limit of the KI 7 MS Tranche DD facility to
