Description of Material Information or In connection with the participation of PT Pertamina
Facts Geothermal Energy Tbk and the recent holding of the Investor
Meeting and Connectivity 2026 event in Surabaya on August
5, 2026, we hereby submit PGEOs presentation materials as
well as a summary of questions and answers in compliance
with Provision III.2.1.12 of Regulation I-E regarding Disclosure
Obligations.
The Investor Meeting and Connectivity 2026 is an event
organized by PT Bursa Efek Indonesia in collaboration with
Exchange Members. The event was held to increase investor
participation in the Indonesian capital market and to introduce
Indonesian listed companies with promising prospects.
The Investor Meeting and Connectivity 2026 event was
attended by six publicly listed companies, and the speaker
representing PGEO at the event was Mr. Fransetya
