3 Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perseroan pada tanggal 16 September
2026, telah memfinalisasi investasi
Description of Information or Material Fact dengan total Rp 4,9 Miliar untuk
pengembangan Ekosistem AI. Investasi
tersebut merupakan bagian dari
pengembangan aset teknologi
Perseroan yang diharapkan dapat
digunakan secara berkelanjutan,
khususnya untuk mendukung kegiatan
pemasaran. Pengembangan Ekosistem
AI merupakan langkah Perseroan untuk
memanfaatkan teknologi dalam
meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan
kegiatan pemasaran. Ekosistem AI
diharapkan dapat membantu Perseroan
dan pelanggan dalam mengelola
berbagai saluran pemasaran digital,
memahami perkembangan pasar dan
kebutuhan pelanggan, serta
meningkatkan efektivitas komunikasi
dan kegiatan pemasaran secara
otomatis. Teknologi ini juga diharapkan
dapat membantu dalam penyusunan
dan pengelolaan materi pemasaran
serta memberikan informasi mengenai
respons pasar sebagai bahan evaluasi.
Sehubungan dengan pengembangan
Ekosistem AI tersebut, Perseroan telah
memiliki Hak Cipta atas 3 (tiga) Program
Komputer yang telah dicatatkan pada
Kementerian Hukum Republik
Indonesia, yaitu MAXMOOD AI, dengan
Nomor Pencatatan 001280622 dan
Nomor Permohonan EC002026086293;
OTOMUS AI, dengan Nomor Pencatatan
001280830 dan Nomor Permohonan
EC002026086407; serta SomAI, dengan
Nomor Pencatatan 001304104 dan
Nomor Permohonan EC002026098032.
Ketiga Hak Cipta tersebut tercatat atas

nama PT Brigit Biofarmaka Teknologi Tbk. Kepemilikan Hak Cipta tersebut merupakan bagian dari aset teknologi Perseroan dan menjadi dasar bagi Perseroan untuk mengembangkan serta memanfaatkan teknologi tersebut sesuai dengan kebutuhan usaha. Perseroan dapat melakukan pengembangan lebih lanjut terhadap Ekosistem AI sejalan dengan perkembangan teknologi dan strategi usaha. Pengembangan Ekosistem AI diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat bagi Perseroan, antara lain melalui peningkatan pendapatan, efisiensi biaya operasional, dan peningkatan profitabilitas. Untuk mengukur manfaat dan efektivitas investasi tersebut, Perseroan akan melakukan evaluasi secara berkala serta melakukan pengembangan sesuai dengan hasil evaluasi dan kebutuhan usaha. On September 16, 2026, the Company finalized an investment totaling IDR 4.9 billion for the development of an AI Ecosystem. This investment is part of the Company's technological asset development, which is expected to be used sustainably, particularly to support marketing activities. The development of the AI Ecosystem represents the Company's effort to utilize technology to improve the effectiveness of marketing management. The AI Ecosystem is expected to assist the Company and its customers in managing various digital marketing channels, understanding market developments and customer needs, and automatically increasing the effectiveness of communications and marketing activities. This technology is also expected to assist in the preparation and management of marketing materials and provide information on market response for evaluation purposes.

In connection with the development of
the AI Ecosystem, the Company has
registered copyrights for three
computer programs with the Ministry of
Law of the Republic of Indonesia:
MAXMOOD AI, with Registration
Number 001280622 and Application
Number EC002026086293; OTOMUS AI,
with Registration Number 001280830
and Application Number
EC002026086407; and SomAI, with
Registration Number 001304104 and
Application Number EC002026098032.
All three copyrights are registered in the
name of PT Brigit Biofarmaka Teknologi
Tbk.
Ownership of these copyrights
constitutes part of the Company's
technological assets and serves as the
basis for the Company to develop and
utilize these technologies according to
business needs. The Company can
further develop the AI Ecosystem in line
with technological developments and
business strategies. The development of
the AI Ecosystem is expected to provide
benefits to the Company, including
increased revenue, operational cost
efficiency, and increased profitability. To
measure the benefits and effectiveness
of these investments, the Company will
conduct periodic evaluations and
implement developments in accordance
with the evaluation results and business
needs.
4 Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta material Selain mendukung pemasaran
tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, Perseroan dan pelanggan, pada media
kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha sosial melalui agen marketing AI

In addition to supporting the Company's
and its customers' marketing efforts on
social media through automated AI
marketing agents, the AI Ecosystem's
primary focus is currently on increasing
sales and improving marketing cost
efficiency. The use of AI is also expected
to reduce repetitive tasks, accelerate
workflows, and optimize the Company's
resources for value-added activities. The
AI Ecosystem is being developed in
phases in line with business needs and
technological advancements to meet
current requirements and strengthen
the Company's technological
capabilities over the medium and long
term.
