    Offshore Exploration Opens New Growth Opportunities, Elnusa Completes Marine Support for
                          PHE’s 6,000-Km Seismic Survey off Southern Java
Jakarta, 15 September 2026 – PT Elnusa Tbk (IDX: ELSA), an integrated energy services company and part of Pertamina’s Upstream Subholding, continues to strengthen its
Marine & Offshore Support Services capabilities in line with the increasing momentum of national oil and gas exploration activities. Through its subsidiary, PT Elnusa Trans
Samudera (ETSA), Elnusa has completed marine support services for PT Pertamina Hulu Energi’s (PHE) Southeast Java 2D Offshore Seismic Survey. Elnusa Group’s involvement
in the project forms part of its contribution to supporting exploration activities expanding into offshore and new frontier areas to unlock new potential energy resources.

The Southeast Java 2D Offshore Seismic Survey forms part of the PHE Jambi Merang Firm Work Commitment (KKPJM) in the open areas off the southern coast of Java. Overall,
PHE conducted seismic data acquisition along 6,000 kilometers in the Indian Ocean, covering offshore areas across six regencies in East Java: Pacitan, Trenggalek, Tulungagung,
Blitar, Malang, and Lumajang. In supporting this strategic project, Elnusa, through ETSA, provided marine support services ba cked by operational readiness, competent
personnel, and extensive experience in supporting offshore activities in highly complex operating environments.

Corporate Secretary of PT Elnusa Tbk, Rustam Aji, said Elnusa’s involvement through ETSA in the project represents part of the Company’s contribution to supporting the
national exploration agenda while further strengthening its Marine & Offshore Support Services capabilities. “Exploration is one of the key foundations for unlocking new
potential energy resources. For Elnusa, increasing exploration activities, including expansion into offshore and new frontier areas, also create opportunities to optimize the
capabilities we have built. Our focus is to ensure that these opportunities are addressed through safe, reliable, efficient, and increasingly integrated services that deliver value
to customers while supporting Elnusa’s sustainable business growth,” said Rustam.

The survey off the southern coast of Java was conducted in two phases in response to challenging natural conditions, includin g high waves and strong underwater currents in
the Indian Ocean. The first phase began in October 2025 and was temporarily suspended in December 2025, with occupational safety considerations as the priority. Once
weather conditions permitted, activities resumed in July 2026 and were completed on August 26, 2026. In supporting the overall operation, ETSA provided marine support
services for 120 days with Zero Lost Time Injury (LTI), reflecting the consistent implementation of HSSE and operational excellence in supporting operations within a complex
open-sea environment.

The survey represents one of the milestones in PHE’s New Venture program in the southern Java offshore area. Although located within a fore-arc basin that presents distinct
exploration challenges, the Trenggalek–Pacitan area is considered to have potential hydrocarbon accumulations that warrant further evaluation. The survey utilized 2D Marine
Streamer Broadband acquisition technology to produce more accurate subsurface geometry imaging, particularly for deep exploration targets. The acquisition results are
expected to support further evaluation of hydrocarbon potential while opening opportunities for new oil and gas working areas or exploration blocks to support national energy
resilience.

For Elnusa, the experience gained from supporting activities off the southern coast of Java further strengthens ETSA’s track record in Marine & Offshore Support Services. These
capabilities include personnel and logistics transportation, tugboat and barge services, subsea operations, and seismic support, backed by fleet readiness, competent personnel,
