Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Bank Mandiri dan BIB telah menandatangani Perjanjian Kredit
Nomor WCO.CORP1/1036/TLN/2026, dengan Akta Nomor
157 tanggal 16 September 2026, di hadapan Notaris
Hannywati Gunawan, S.H., Notaris di Jakarta, dengan
informasi sebagai berikut:
a. Jenis Fasilitas : term loan
b. Limit Pinjaman : USD 42.000.000 atau eqv Rupiah
atau maksimal sebesar 80% dari nilai Project Elektrifikasi
sesuai dengan tujuan penggunaan
c. Jangka Waktu : maksimal 5 tahun sejak
penandatanganan Perjanjian Kredit
d. Tujuan Fasilitas : pembiayaan belanja modal (capex)
berupa kebutuhan proyek pembangunan elektrifikasi area
operasional tambang BIB
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta - mendukung pertumbuhan dan kinerja operasional;
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan - N/A;
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, - memperkuat kondisi keuangan karena tambahan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau fasilitas belanja modal;
Perusahaan Publik - berdampak positif terhadap kelangsungan usaha.

Description of Material Information or Bank Mandiri and BIB have signed the Loan Facility
Facts Agreement No. WCO.CORP1/1036/TLN/2026, Deed No. 157,
dated 16 September 2026, made before Notary Hannywati
Gunawan, S.H., Notary in Jakarta, with details as follow :
a. Facility : term loan
b. Limit facility : USD 42.000.000 or eqv IDR or a maximum of
80% of the value of the Electrification Project in accordance
with the intended use of proceeds
c. Term period : Maximum 5 years since the signing date of
the Loan Agreement
d. Objective : Capital Expenditure financing to support the
electrification project in the operational area of BIB
