  Laporan Ak)vitas Menjaminkan Saham Perusahaan Terbuka.

  Sampai dengan saat ini, Perseroan )dak memiliki rencana untuk melakukan )ndakan korporasi yang
  akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham dalam 3 bulan mendatang.

6. Rencana pemegang saham utama terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan. Dalam hal
   ini, mohon kiranya Corporate Secretary menanyakan terlebih dahulu kepada pemegang saham
   utama dalam menjawab konfirmasi tersebut.

   company’s stocks and/or investors’ investment decisions, as provided for in Provision III.2.1 of
   Regulation No. I-E, Attachment to the Decision of the Board of Directors of the Indonesia Stock

   Answer :
   The Company is not informed of any material informa3on or facts that could affect the price of the
   Listed Company’s stocks and/or investors’ investment decisions, as provided for in Provision III.2.1
   of Regula3on No. I-E, aTachment to the Decision of the Board of Directors of the Indonesia Stock
   Exchange No. Kep-00087/BEI/12-2025.


3. Is the Company informed of the activities of particular shareholders as regulated in Regulation
   of the Financial Services Authority of the Republic of Indonesia No. 4 of 2024 regarding Reports
   on Share Ownership or Any Changes in Share Ownership of Public Companies and Reports on
   Activities Guaranteeing Shares of Public Companies?

   Answer :
   The Company is not informed of any ac3vi3es by par3cular shareholders as required by Regula3on
   of the Financial Services Authority of the Republic of Indonesia No. 4 of 2024 regarding Reports on
   Share Ownership or Any Changes in Share Ownership of Public Companies and Reports on Ac3vi3es
   Guaranteeng Shares of Public Companies.


4. Does the Company have any plans to take corporate actions in the near future, including
   corporate actions that would affect the listing of the Company’s shares on the Stock Exchange
   (at least within the next 3 months)?

   Answer :
   As of now, the Company has no plans to take any corporate ac3ons that would affect the lis3ng of
   its shares in the next three months.

   the Company's continuity that have not yet been disclosed to the public

   Answer :
   There is no other material information, facts, or events that could affect the price of the Company’s
   stocks and the Company’s continuity that have not yet been disclosed to the public.

6. The majority shareholder's plans regarding the ownership of shares in the Company. In this
   matter, please have the Corporate Secretary consult with the majority shareholder first before
   responding to the confirmation.

   As of now, the majority shareholder has no plans to make any changes to the ownership of its
   shares in the Company.
