Perseroan, sesuai dengan Anggaran Dasar Perseroan dan Peraturan Perundangan yang berlaku.

Hasil Keputusan a. Menyetujui melakukan penyesuaian Pasal 3 Anggaran Dasar Perseroan tentang Maksud
dan Tujuan serta Kegiatan Usaha Perseroan sesuai dengan Peraturan Badan Pusat Statistik
Nomor 7 Tahun 2025 tentang Klasifikasi Baku Lapangan Usaha Indonesia.
b. Menyetujui memberi kuasa dan wewenang kepada Direksi Perseroan untuk melakukan
segala tindakan sehubungan dengan penyesuaian Pasal 3 Anggaran Dasar Perseroan
tersebut, sesuai dengan peraturan perundangan yang berlaku.
