3. Bidang Usaha :
Perhotelan, Resort, dan Jasa Manajemen Perhotelan
4. Modal Dasar : Rp.
2.500.000.000,-
5. Modal Ditempatkan dan Disetor Penuh :
Rp. 2.500.000.000,-
6. Pemegang Saham :
a. Perseroan memiliki 1.750 (seribu tujuh ratus lima
puluh) saham atau sebesar Rp. 1.750.000.000,- (satu miliar
tujuh ratus lima puluh juta Rupiah) atau sekitar 70% saham.
b. Perorangan atas nama Brendan Jose Lane-Mullins
memliki 750 (tujuh ratus lima puluh) saham atau sebesar Rp.
750.000.000,- (tujuh ratus lima puluh juta Rupiah) atau sekitar
30% saham.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Pendirian PT Paasha Hospitality Services tidak akan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan berdampak negatif terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum,
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha Perseroan, dan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau merupakan salah satu sumber pendapatan baru bagi
Perusahaan Publik Perseroan.
