Sanctions for the Submission of Interim Financial Statement
as of 31 March 2026

In relation to the obligation to submit the Interim Financial Statement as of 31 March 2026 for Listed
Companies whose shares are listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (“Exchange”), and pursuant to:
1. Exchange Regulation No. I-E regarding Reporting Obligation, specifically related to the deadline
for the submission of Interim Financial Statement.
2. Exchange Regulation No. I-H regarding Sanction, specifically related to the sanction for the late
submission of its financial statements.
3. Exchange Circular Letter No. SE-00006/BEI/10-2019 dated 28 October 2019 regarding Procedures
for the Electronic Submission of Reports by Listed Companies.
Accordingly, the due date for the submission of Audited Interim Financial Statements as of 31 March
2026 after Written Warning II and a fine of Rp50.000.000,00 (fifty million rupiah) is Saturday, 29
August 2026.
Based on our monitoring, as of 29 August 2026, the submission status Interim Financial Statements as
